Since qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 2002, Carolyn has had a special interest in chronic pain and long term conditions and gained a range of experience in these areas.
In 2015 Carolyn developed Fibromyalgia which led her to explore different approaches to treating this painful and debilitating condition. Her own journey in overcoming her symptoms led her to learn more about nociplastic pain and its role in chronic conditions.
Carolyn has since gone on to complete training with SiRPA (Stress Illness Recovery Practitioners Association) and as well as obtain certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
Having experienced chronic pain herself, Carolyn is passionate about helping others overcome their symptoms and move on from chronic pain.
